Due to the nature of hazards present and following IICRC practice, we may be in frequent contact with our clients to follow up on the removal of materials to be processed through biohazard waste collection. These materials are often but not limited to carpet, tile, areas of floorboard, affected furniture and personal belongings that cannot be properly sanitized. As is the right of every client to have the final decision over these matters we may ask for a signed waiver if affected belongings are to be left on the property.
